The sudden meeting had Sun pulling up short there in the hall... so as much of a shock as the sudden seven-foot-tall glowing toy-looking bot's appearance might've been, at least it wasn't an actual collision. And if he recognized Zuko's stance for what it was, he didn't let on, simply dropped a little lower in his own, so that he wasn't towering over him any more. His wasn't a fighting stance; it was closer to horse-stance, with neither foot forward to guard anything.
"Hi there, new friend!" Perhaps unfortunately for Zuko, he was matching his volume, raising his hands a little in a double wave hello. "What's your name? I'm Sun! Or Sun, or Sun, or Sunny, or Sunshine, Sunrise, or even Sun!" It surely sounded like he'd repeated one of those words four times... but somehow they were different. Blame the translation-magic.
